Description Robert Half is seeking a Full Time/Direct Hire eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our client on-site in Atlanta, GA. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist drives traffic, conversion, and customer retention across digital storefronts, marketplaces, and DTC channels. This role collaborates with merchandising, creative, and analytics teams to optimize online sales performance and elevate the brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for eCommerce channels (Amazon, Shopify, DTC platforms). + Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals for SEO and conversion. + Plan and manage promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns. + Collaborate with creative and content teams on eCommerce assets and brand alignment. + Track KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and customer LTV. + Analyze customer behavior, site performance, and funnel drop-off to identify improvement areas. + Coordinate with fulfillment, logistics, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of eCommerce marketing experience, preferably with DTC or consumer brands. + Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or BigCommerce. + Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and eCommerce CRO tools. + Knowledge of email flows, SMS, and retargeting strategies.
