As an E-Commerce Specialist I, you will be responsible for working in all areas of e-commerce to identify and select donated items for sale online. The E-Commerce Specialist I will utilize photography and written description on the online platform to maximize sales for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers. E-Commerce Specialist I Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers – Columbus, GA Full-time The Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc, E-Commerce department is currently looking for a hard-working and dedicated E-Commerce Specialist I.

E-Commerce Specialist I responsibilities:

Sort through bins of items to determine condition, value and acceptability Operate equipment used for testing, listing and shipping documents Place items in the correct location to ensure efficiency at the time of shipping or purging Present items accurately on online platform through camera position/angle, lighting, and key shots List and describe items on online platform with no errors Document items into inventory management system accurately Follow all audit standards to ensure compliance Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner Work other areas of E-commerce as requested by leadership team The E-commerce Specialist I is a full-time opportunity. Operating hours include Monday through Friday.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Prior experience in an e-commerce environment may be considered in lieu of education Basic reading, writing and math skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet software Ability to operate a smartphone camera Ability to type 40 wpm, preferred Experience selling online using eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc., preferred Experience in pricing and identifying jewelry, preferred Photography experience, preferred Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc. is committed to our mission of Developing People, Changing Lives, and Building Communities.
