Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Expert with in-depth knowledge of Meta’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Meta Ads) to optimize our social media presence, advertising strategies, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools, ensuring data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive conversions, brand awareness, and lead generation. Manage Meta Business Suite, including content scheduling, engagement strategies, and performance tracking. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve ad performance. Stay updated with Meta’s algorithm changes, policies, and emerging features (e.g., Reels, Shops, AI tools). Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager & Pixel data, providing actionable insights. Collaborate with creative teams to design high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, carousels). Troubleshoot issues related to Meta’s platforms (e.g., ad disapprovals, account restrictions). Leverage WhatsApp Business API & Messenger marketing for customer engagement. Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads & Business Pages. Certification in Meta Blueprint (Preferred). Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM integration. Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing on Meta platforms. Experience with third-party tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, AdEspresso). Creative mindset with an understanding of UX/UI best practices for social media. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred (Bonus Skills):
