Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving online sales success. Responsibilities Lead the execution of creative assets from concept to implementation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand objectives. Manage the promotional activities calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize online campaigns. Collaborate with designers and category managers to address design challenges and enhance messaging strategies. Analyze financial and promotional performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Optimize product listings and ensure readiness for new product launches across digital platforms. Engage in marketing meetings to contribute to strategic planning and execution. Skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of vlookup and pivot tables. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative approach. Analytical mindset with experience in digital analytics and web metrics. Preferred Skills Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or PowerBI. Familiarity with project management and content management software. Background in retail merchandising, planning, or project management.
