Ecommerce Operations Specialist – Junior
Location:
Framingham, MA Job Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and merchandise flow for our client’s e-commerce websites to boost sales.
Maintain regular categorization updates, execute navigation/shop operations, and handle operational tasks.
Ensure accurate merchandising through daily site checks, product categorization, and managing rejections across all brands.
Handle operational tasks such as static content, marketing promotional setups, shipping updates, and filter audits.
Identify and report issues, escalating to managers and cross-functional teams as needed.
Collaborate with the team to solve problems with minimal disruption to the business or the customer.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, Project or Product Management.
Strong understanding of ecommerce & business KPIs; excellent analytical and critical analysis skills.
Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and multi-variate testing.
Proficiency in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
