This includes developing and executing full-funnel search strategies, optimizing campaigns, and delivering clear reporting that drives profitable growth. Specific Responsibilities Build annual/quarterly paid search roadmaps for both brands and marketplaces. Segment tactics by brand strategy, product lifecycle, audience intent, sales channels and geo-market. Identify growth opportunities in emerging AI-driven search and voice assistants. Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon/Walmart/Target Ads, retail media, and new AI search platforms. Own budgets, keyword/audience research, bid strategies, feed management, and ad-copy testing. Leverage automation and scripts to maximize efficiency. Build clean, actionable dashboards; distill insights for executive and cross-functional teams. Maintain rigorous test-and-learn agendas; communicate wins, losses, and next steps. Brief Creative Services on asset needs, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and regulatory guidelines. Champion search best practices across the organization. Qualifications Requires 4-7 years of applicable experience managing large-scale PPC/retail programs with clear revenue lift and an undergraduate degree, or equivalent. Must show channel agility with Mastery of Google & Microsoft Ads; working knowledge of Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and other marketplace DSPs. Experience with AI-led search tools (Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT) preferred. Experience with platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, or similar. Must have a solid grasp of on-page and technical SEO principles. Expertise in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel Sheets, Power BI; SQL knowledge a plus. Must be skilled at translating data into actionable insights. Experience scaling campaigns in non-US markets. Must be an empathetic communicator, proactive collaborator, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Suite and Artificial Intelligence Tools.
