E-Commerce Specialist Job Description The E-Commerce Customer Service & Marketplace Specialist will oversee online sales channels, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and the company’s website. This role is responsible for ensuring product listings are optimized, maintaining a professional online presence, and managing customer interactions. The specialist will also focus on search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and data analysis to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, company website) to ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and professional. Collect, enter, pick, and ship online orders while ensuring order accuracy and integrity. Implement SEO strategies, update product descriptions, and use keyword research to improve search rankings and visibility. Address inquiries, manage returns, and resolve complaints related to online purchases, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Monitor stock levels, update pricing, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts. Assist in email campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to drive sales. Essential Skills Customer service Data entry ERP system Operation Payment processing Excellent written and verbal skills Order entry Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding/experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is ideal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Flexibility to handle various tasks including customer support and e-commerce operations. Personable and willing to work hard to gain experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Work Environment This position is based in Toledo and requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.
