Content Stewardship Specialist Location:
Durham, NC Contract:
12 months with possible extension or direct hire
Schedule:
Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week), with up to 10% travel.
Compensation:
$40/hour with optional benefits during contract phase
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Content Stewardship Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and curating content, overseeing data analytics, coordinating portfolio projects, and supporting event strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, data analytics, and project coordination, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Stewardship:
Manage and curate Showpad content, acting as the primary archivist. Collaborate with vendors (e.g., third-party writers) on the creation of short and long-form content, and oversee the approval process. Oversee the development and deployment of secondary crop/brand campaigns and tactics.
Data & Analytics:
Liaise with Business Operations on list pulls. Troubleshoot and assist with Salesforce Marketing Cloud topics as necessary. Monitor and disseminate NPS and other customer experience metrics.
Portfolio Project Coordination:
Provide support for event strategy, including crop/regional-specific event content. Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
E-Mail Marketing:
Act as a conduit between internal experts and the agency on customer journey development, routing of approvals, and content development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content management and curation. Strong analytical skills with experience in data monitoring and dissemination. Excellent project coordination and event strategy support skills. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with agricultural content and campaigns. Familiarity with customer experience metrics and NPS. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
