The E-Commerce Business Manager role is at the heart of our sales department for Parrish Tire headquarters. As an integral part of the Parrish Tire team, this person will assist in developing and executing best practices for our e-commerce sales goals. Partner with the best The E-Commerce Business Manager role will be responsible for managing the existing Parrish Tire Direct (or PTC Direct) Business Platform on Ebay as well as potential expansion into alternative platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.com. As an E-Commerce Business Manager, you will be responsible for: Analyze sales, pricing, and margin trends across platforms to optimize sales performance and advertising spend. Possess or quickly develop operational expertise on the Ebay platform to streamline listing management and pricing. Work closely with platform vendors and freight suppliers to manage costs and open new sales opportunities. Work with merchandising team on inventory strategy and demand planning specific to the e-commerce channel. Work across PTC’s network of distribution centers to fill orders and optimize freight expenses. Identify sales opportunities through competitive analysis, price modeling and experimentation, and market research. Manage and potentially grow the customer experience team to support increased sales volume, returns, adjustments, and product inquiries. Develop direct to consumer website to capture repeat buyer purchases off-platform Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Four years experience in retail, E-commerce, consulting, or business strategy Experience in project management and working with Direct to Consumer or Wholesale E-Commerce accounts Able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams Being comfortable with analyzing business performance and making recommendations based on sound analysis Previous proven track record driving results in account management with a knowledge of E-Commerce sales tactics, marketing plans, and key metrics Amazon Seller Central or Ebay Power Seller experience is a plus

Work Environment:
Majority of work will be performed in the office, but this person may be required to work in the warehouse/outdoors and travel minimally on occasion to other PTC or customer locations as needed to complete the daily responsibilities of this role.
