• Summary
• We are seeking an
• E-Commerce Manager
• to join our team at Carolina Ice Company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online sales strategies to enhance our digital presence and drive revenue growth by online sales of Chilly Water and Chilly Water Merchandise. Your expertise will be vital in promoting our products and expanding our market reach.
• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales
• Manage the companys e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for conversions
• Oversee Amazon Account and Fulfillment
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to inform marketing decisions and improve performance
• Create engaging content (Optional) that showcases our products and aligns with brand messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
• Proven Track Record of Shipping Fulfillment
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing techniques
• Proficiency in e-commerce shops like square, TT shop, and more
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Creative mindset with skills in graphic design or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (optional).

This department will start with you, currently we do not offer shipping. As the demand for online fulfillments grow. Your position will grow with the job with the ability to hire staffing to help you.
