Job Overview:
The eCommerce Manager at Ingersoll Rand will drive breakthrough growth for brands in the North America compression business by facilitating a world class digital buying journey process within the greater Demand Generation organization. This role will be responsible for deploying engaging integrated campaigns and self-service customer experiences that generate eCommerce growth. They will analyze customer shopping behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and ensure optimal return on investment. This role will be essential to driving meaningful growth, working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
Demand Generation:
Growth Campaigns:
Develop and deploy comprehensive and integrated marketing campaigns that deliver growth in strategic eCommerce marketplace channels.
Services Connectivity:
Work with product management and sales to identify opportunities with current customer base and deploy robust lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase connectivity via self-service buying journeys.
Content Excellence:
Deploy industry-leading product content (listings) to drive customer conversion and elevate brand preference. Manage content syndication platform and standard work to ensure optimal content on retail/partner sites.
Business Development:
Market Attractiveness:
Leverage analytical insights and research to identify and suggest new opportunities to leverage for eCommerce growth.
Cost-to-Serve Optimization:
Deploy self-service customer experiences to reduce cost to acquire orders and drive up margin realization.
Winning Culture:
Work across functions, cross matrixed leaders, and within the peer team to deliver results as a team. Champion best practices sharing with eCommerce Breakthrough Lab community and lead cross-SBU projects to develop new capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience Background in eCommerce (B2B and/or B2C) Direct experience in Digital Marketing (Search/Display/SEO/CRO) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
