Visual Asset Coordinator Tom James Company – 3.6 Pilot Mountain, NC Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Photography Mid-level Full Job Description The Visual Asset Coordinator will be an integral part of Gitman’s E-Commerce team. This role reports to the Director of E-Commerce, and primarily serves to create and manage visual assets that are used across Gitman’s various shopping and promotional channels. The ideal candidate has experience with and enthusiasm for photography and the fashion industry, and has an acute sense for details. Product Photography Shoot, edit, format, and organize all Gitman E-Commerce product photography 2-3 weeks, twice per year Promotional imagery Shoot, edit, format, and organize necessary promotional imagery 1-2 days per week, 75% of the year Sample Handling Coordinate the shipment and handling of all samples needed for product and promotional photography Ongoing basis Create internal line books Using product photography and available information, create informational line books for internal use 2-3 days twice per year Promotional Calendar Coordination Maintain a timely workflow of all assets as dictated by seasonal promotional calendars Ongoing basis Miscellaneous Team Support Support the Gitman E-Commerce team with miscellaneous responsibilities on an as-needed basis Ongoing but infrequent We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
