Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy e-commerce assistant to help manage the Amazon Seller Central account and digital product assets. This role is ideal for someone with both creative and analytical skills who can support our online business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with listing creation and updates in Amazon Seller Central Edit and enhance product images using Photoshop or similar tools Organize and rename images for online listings Perform competitor and keyword research for listing optimization Maintain and clean up spreadsheets using advanced Excel formulas Help prepare inventory uploads, pricing updates, and FBA documentation
Requirements:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central (required) Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent image editing software Strong Excel skills Ability to multitask and follow detailed instructions Strong English OR Korean communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with inventory management and flat file uploads Familiarity with Helium 10 or other Amazon keyword tools Knowledge of Shopify is a plus Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce content best practices
Hours:
M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
