Humble Crew is looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy problem-solver to support our Sales and Operations team. This role is essential in ensuring that all retail accounts run smoothly, that critical issues are proactively identified and resolved, and that data-driven insights are powering our day-to-day decisions. You’ll be working closely with internal leadership and external partners, helping us scale our operational excellence across all channels. This is a high-visibility role that combines account management, systems oversight, and strategic support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the go-to point of contact for all retail accounts, supporting the sales team by identifying and resolving operational challenges. Monitor and manage multiple critical projects across US and international sales and operations. Ensure timely delivery of inventory to all eCommerce retailers and customers via our 3PL partners. Generate and maintain daily performance reports for all sales channels, including 3P retailers and Shopify. Oversee the sales and operations tech stack, proactively flagging and resolving issues in systems like NetSuite and Celigo. Manage product data, pricing catalogs, and run promotions across 3rd-party retailers and Shopify. Analyze shipping and fulfillment models to improve efficiency and profitability. Collaborate on marketing initiatives including social media, giveaways, and campaigns. Monitor and coordinate progress of each shipment daily to ensure that appropriate and timely communication is provided to the customers regarding discrepancies, changes or any issues that directly affect the shipment or operations. Communicate daily with sales, operations and logistics departments on behalf of your team to efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders based on specific vendor requirements. Provide assistance with all aspects of order lifecycle to resolve issues, including order entry, allocation and shipping, tracking and potential errors in delivery and billing. Support the control and accuracy of inventory, partnering with the sales team. Understand and track sell-through rate metrics, ship windows, routing status, and factory and dock information. Analyze and modify item-level and customer-level inventory reporting

Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent degree in business administration or related degree. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce fulfillment and operations to major retailers. Prior extensive experience in sales operations, logistics, or eCommerce retail a bonus. Must have at least 3 years of experience using eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Supplier One, Shopify). Experience with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite) and integration platforms (e.g., Celigo) is a plus, but not required—training will be provided. Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way to non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and gracefully solve problems under pressure. Capacity to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Very organized, self-motivated and self-directed. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs.
