ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSBILITIES

The e-Commerce Account Associateis responsible for assisting the team in managing all aspects ofthe e-Commerce business for his/her assigned accounts. The rightcandidate will have omni-channel marketplace experience withAmazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, Homedepot.com, Lowes.com andother key marketplaces. You must possess strong data analysisskills, mathematical acumen, and a positive demeanor. You will havea key role in assisting the team with management and growth of yourdesignated accounts, implementing strategies to ensure theattainment of key financial goals and objectives. Develope-Commerce sales strategies, programs and plans for existing andpotential customers. Includes but not limited to assisting in thedevelopment of annual business plans and monitoring goals,conducting monthly reviews, preparing marketing calendars forassigned accounts, and leading action item efforts. Assisting theteam to achieve all e-Commerce financial goals for your designatedaccount(s). Work with the team to own P&L responsibility forannual web sales targets and profitability across a wide digitalcustomer base. Will define, identify, and implement customeracquisition strategies. Be directly involved in the day-to-daye-Commerce operations, merchandising execution, and maintenance.

Evaluate market share and competition. Ensure the entire webprocess exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived toproduct availability, quality and order processing timeliness. Workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance,product, engineering, supply chain, creative, IT, and customerservice to ensure the best possible customer experience isachieved.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing,business management or related field 5 years of e-Commerce salesexperience Experience working with Amazon.com (1P and 3P) requiredCandidates with ecommerce experience must be able to demonstratesuccessful track record in e-Commerce sales growth Demonstratedknowledge of analytical tools – including site analytics, emailmeasurement, display measurement, and Excel About thisfacility:
