Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to support daily operations across customer service, order fulfillment, and showroom management. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and elevated brand experience. A passion for beauty, wellness, and creative culture is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email Pack, ship, and manage outgoing orders with accuracy and care Assist with inventory organization and general showroom upkeep Provide in-person customer service when necessary Learn and assist with social media engagement and basic content support

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce preferred Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) is a plus Positive attitude, team player, and an eye for detail
