Job Summary The Amazon sales position was created to manage a portfolio of products on Amazon, with the goal of maintaining and growing sales and profits. This includes, managing the listings in the Amazon backend, communicating inventory needs to the Planning team, and setting prices to grow sales and profit while managing stock. Additionally, regularly optimizing listing content and keywords, tracking top keyword positions (with software), and managing digital ads (optimizing) both internally and with external agencies. Further growing sales with additional resources and initiatives, including but not limited to, deals, coupons, and link building. Responsibilities Work with content and graphics team to ensure listings are best in class and have the highest potential to convert. Create copy if needed. Resolve all product specific backend issues in seller central. Review sales and profits in regular intervals, adjust pricing, ads, and communicate short-term and long-term inventory needs. Research and review keyword and keyword placements, using brand analytics and other tools, optimize listings and advertising accordingly. Regularly make deals and coupons while managing inventory and profitability. Use all possible growth tools in seller central, for example, vine, A/B testing, creator connection and more. Work with your manager and co-workers to develop new growth strategies and implementations. Suggest new product ideas especially ones related to your portfolio. Experience At least 1 year of related experience in ecommerce sales position Strong skills in content creation and design. Excellent research abilities to stay updated on trends within the pet care industry. Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
