Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented person for our warehouse fulfillment operation in Brick, NJ. Primary tasks will include responding to emails, packaging and shipping goods, and ordering supplies. Typically we are on site between 8am and 3pm Monday through Friday, but much of the job can be done from home. Graphic design or computer skills would also be a big asset for our growing company. All applicants must be able to reliably commute to our location when in-person work is required.

Duties:

• Respond to customer emails and resolve issues with shipping errors.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
• Process and organize inventory.
• Pick and pack orders, utilizing order picking software and equipment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that stock levels are accurate and that product is being properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality control standards.
• Assist with order fulfillment and distribution center operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems. We can train on site.
• Experience with order picking and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift and move boxes, as well as navigate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and working in a variety of conditions.

This job is paid weekly in cash and there is room for advancement for the right applicant.
