Role:

Weee! is seeking a dynamic andentrepreneurial Manager for the Colombian Market. This role isideal for a creative and resourceful individual who is passionateabout food, has a product mindset, and is eager to engage in avariety of exciting projects. The manager of ourColombian Market is responsible for the overall strategy andexecution of product assortment, promotion, pricing, and placementacross all categories to drive market growth. The successfulcandidate will lead the Colombian category management and marketingteams. They will be empowering the Category team to own theirindividual categories, while at the same time enabling theMarketing team to achieve key marketing metrics such as new useracquisition and active user engagement.

Responsibilities:

Drivesales, market share, profit, and penetration targets whileenhancing customer loyalty, fostering innovation, and maintainingprofit margins. Make business decisions that prioritize customerperspectives, aiming to drive loyalty among diverse customersegments. Develop strategies to maximize sales and new useracquisition, and website traffic during holidays and other relevantpromotional periods. Supervise the development and execution ofstrategies for category buyers, including product selection,allocation, marketing approval, and pricing strategies. Encouragecategory managers and buyers to take ownership by incorporatingtheir insights with data-driven approaches. Manage vendorrelationships effectively to optimize costs during negotiations.

Create competitive pricing strategies across all categories toimprove financial performance. Develop and execute targetedmarketing campaigns across digital channels to attract new users,utilizing data-driven insights. Develop a strategy and manage thecreation of compelling content aligned with our brand acrossvarious formats such as email, app-push, and social media/messagingchannels. Utilize consumer trends analysis and historical data toinform business strategies and promotional plans. Generate newideas by leveraging internal and external resources while fosteringcollaboration within the organization. Ensure merchandisingoperations follow defined category management principles; developprocesses and training as needed for the team. Work closely withthe Marketing, Regional Operations, and Supply Chain department tomaximize eCommerce growth, and ensure product availability.

KeyQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5 years of relevantwork experience in go-to market or e-commerce/retail industries.

Food industry experience is a plus. Native and or fluent in Englishand Colombian Spanish Ability to build business relationshipsacross departments and foster a culture of collaboration. Provenleadership skills in managing a consumer-driven business.

Experience in negotiating with vendors or leaders for mutuallybeneficial outcomes. Background in managing/creating new businessin a competitive environment. Familiarity with performance metrics,process improvement and lean methodologies. Strong analyticalskills with demonstrated ability to translate analysis intoactionable insights.
