We’re looking for a customer-focused PC Support Technician to join our growing support team. Summary As an E-Commerce Admin/Business Development team member, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital storefronts while building strategic relationships with retail, affiliate, and marketing partners. This hybrid role combines data driven e-commerce management with business growth initiatives, making it ideal for someone who is both analytical and entrepreneurial. Responsibilities Oversee product listings, promotions, pricing, and merchandising across key platforms (e.g., Amazon, Newegg, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including order flow, inventory coordination, and customer funnel optimization. Identify, pitch, and onboard new business opportunities including B2B partnerships, resellers, or affiliates. Collaborate with marketing to drive campaign performance and conversion rates. Conduct regular site and data audits to ensure product accuracy, pricing, and SEO alignment. Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy. Support the launch of limited-edition drops, influencer collaborations, and exclusive promotions. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of online initiatives. Assist internal sales team with ticket overflow and customer consultations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business development. Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, and similar e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and experimentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, creative, and resourceful, looking for opportunities at how to better your work and taking initiative to implement improvements quickly and effectively Familiar with PC hardware
Preferred :
Up to date with the latest tech and gaming trends Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and SEO strategy. Intimate familiarity with Amazon Seller Central. Proven success in a sales role.
