We areseeking an experienced and motivated Head of Ecommerce to join ourteam. The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for developing andexecuting our overall ecommerce strategy, including managing ouronline sales channels, optimizing our digital platforms, drivingtraffic to our website, and enhancing our customer experience. Theheadquarters for this position are in Bedminster, NJ. Someone whocan work hybrid in NJ is ideal (1-2 days/week in the office). Theideal Head of Ecommerce is someone with CPG experience and hasexperience in Ecommerce partnering with Amazon. This is a trueleadership role with a seat at the Executive table. There is 1direct report for this team currently with growth 50%year-over-year. The Head of Ecommerce must also be able to own aP&L. Leadership Act asan integral member of the Leadership Team Manage a team of agenciesand coach/mentor one direct report Develop policies and plans toexecute the overall vision, strategy, and capabilities needed tosupport organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce salesgrowth goals Evaluate and recommend e-commerce investments andinitiatives and lead the development of business cases andmarketing plans Identify opportunities for innovation and expansionof customer engagement and revenue using data analytics to studytraffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points Partner withstakeholders across the organization to optimize owned ecommercechannels Manage regular reporting on e-commerce performance(consumption, market share, gross sales, net sales) to both US andglobal audiences Merchandising Optimize the Amazon storeexperience, PDPs and A Content to grow conversion rate Partner withthe brand team to develop brand messages and content Manageomnichannel marketplace pricing and recommend appropriate changesas necessary Performance Marketing Manage demand generationactivities for Amazon, Walmart.com, Costco.com, Instacart.com, andother owned ecommerce channels. Continuously optimize ecommerceperformance marketing for all responsible channels via test andscale approach Develop and own ecommerce marketing strategy inpartnership with Marketing and Sales Monitor competitive activity(new brands, products, promotions, pricing, etc.) and recommendstrategic changes as necessary P&L Ownership Achieve channellevel revenue, net sales, and gross-to-net goals Act as key accountmanager (sales forecasting, P&L ownership, daily administrativetasks) for all pure play e-commerce accounts Manage e-commercestrategy for brick-and-click accounts in partnership with the USsales team Maintain discrete ecommerce budget and track againstpaid media, agency, and other g/ls Streamline ecommerce fulfillmentneeds in partnership with supply chain team

Requirements:
