We’re looking for a data-savvy, creative E-Commerce Product Specialist to help us elevate how we present high-end jewelry, luxury items, and general merchandise online. You’ll own product descriptions, email marketing, and content management across our e-commerce ecosystem. ⸻
What You’ll Do:
Write compelling, keyword-rich product listings for fine jewelry, electronics, and more Manage product data imports/exports via Excel and Shopify Build curated collections and strategic product categories Support photography sessions and edit product images to brand standards Design and send email campaigns and newsletters Collaborate with inventory, photography, and sales teams to ensure product accuracy Track and analyze product performance using Shopify and Google Analytics ⸻
What You Bring:
Shopify (or e-commerce platform) experience preferred Strong writing/editing skills for product storytelling Experience with photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva) Excel expertise for managing bulk data Knowledge of SEO, digital merchandising, and user experience Email marketing experience (Klaviyo or Mailchimp a plus) Passion for jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail is a bonus ⸻ Why Gem Pawnbrokers?
