We are a small handmade rug company operating out of a warehouse. Our team is small and busy, and we’re looking for someone who can keep up, stay sharp, and help drive things forward.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy female assistant to take over all the busy work and help streamline daily operations. You’ll work directly alongside the owner and be responsible for both online and on-site tasks. If you’re lazy, disorganized, or slow to act, this is not the role for you. We need someone who is energetic, hands-on, and ready to hustle.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day Shopify website changes & customizations Create shipping labels and process online orders Fix product listings and manage online inventory (SKUs) Track and organize physical inventory in the warehouse Cold call designers and potential collaborators Tag rugs and assist with product prep Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues as they arise Handle any task—big or small—that helps get the job done

Requirements:

Female, preferably young and highly motivated Excellent with computers, Shopify, and online tools Extremely organized and reliable Strong communication skills and phone confidence Willingness to work in-person in a warehouse environment Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Instagram reels/ Klaviyo Email marketing

Warehouse-based (Long Island, NY area)
