Job Description:
The E-commerce Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth process of Global E-commerce operations including liaising with internal marketing and creative teams. The candidate should have previous experience or show particular interest in e-Commerce business and digital design. The ability to multi-task, be highly organized with avid attention to detail is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full Product Detail Page process with cross functional partners Primary point person for all market requests Manage & update the global animation calendar Responsible for asset adoption tracking Ownership of site audits for all global markets Responsible for digital PIM/DAM Management Responsible for the quality assurance of each animation package prior to final release to the markets Always on market and competitive research
Animation Campaign Management:
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress, manage cross-functional review process, QA delivery, Market release management Partner closely with the Technical PM to ensure the brand layer master site is up to date for market reference and all assets are created to the correct sizes and specifications required Lead the organization and logistics of
Annual Global Digital Forum Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in e-commerce focused on driving sales and growth with measurable results with a full understanding of the consumer journey. Corporate experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields Experience working with Global markets and APAC a plus Understanding of current e-Commerce trends, strategies, and techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization skills along with the ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong organizations skills required Attention to detail a must Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change and in a fast-paced environment
