About the Role As our E-commerce Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, working directly with our Head of E-commerce to elevate our webshops and enhance the customer journey. Based in our vibrant Queens, NY location, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless online experience across multiple retail platforms. What You’ll Do Your primary mission will be to ensure our e-commerce platforms are performing at their peak.

This includes:
Product Powerhouse:

Own the end-to-end process of product onboarding and management, ensuring every listing is accurate, compelling, and up-to-date. You’ll master pricing strategies and execute weekly e-commerce updates with precision.

SEO Savvy:

Implement best-in-class SEO practices, from crafting engaging titles and descriptions to managing redirects and optimizing title tags, to boost our online visibility.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the daily functionality of our webshops, proactively managing content, inventory, and price adjustments to deliver an optimal user experience.

Content Curator:

Address and resolve any product attribute discrepancies (images, brands, descriptions, etc.) to maintain a pristine online catalog.

Customer Champion:

Enhance the overall online shopping experience and provide essential online customer support.

Strategic Synchronizer:

Collaborate closely with various departments to align our online presence with the overarching business strategy and synchronize omni-channel efforts.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Prepare insightful e-commerce performance reports, analyze the health of our online stores, and lead initiatives to improve profitability.

Growth Contributor:

Contribute to exciting special projects, marketing, and social media initiatives that support our dynamic and growing business. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for e-commerce.

E-commerce Expertise:

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce platform management, with a strong track record in creating and maintaining detailed product listings and managing inventory.

Exceptional Communicator:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and coordinate activities across diverse teams.

Design Fundamentals:

Basic graphic design and editing skills (e.g., Canva) to enhance product visuals.

Autonomous & Accountable:

A proactive and independent work ethic, capable of efficiently managing responsibilities while maintaining transparent communication.

Highly Organized:

Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Adaptable Learner:

Receptive to feedback and thrives in an independent work environment.

Platform Pro:

Familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Bonus Points:

Experience with CRM and/or fraud prevention systems.

Industry Insight:

A solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, online consumer behavior, and emerging industry trends.
