Business Support Specialist- $19-$20.50/hour Pro Action’s Child Care Council is looking for a full-time Business Support Specialist provide ongoing business-focused support to child care programs in Steuben and Schuyler Counties by way of training, technical assistance and guidance on accessing grants, sustainable business practices, finances/financial planning and personnel as well as utilizing accounting software for business management related activities. An associate’s degree in business, human services, administration, or early childhood administration is preferred. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, quality customer service and communication, take initiative with research and development of trainings, be reliable and a self-motivator. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, meeting agency standards per position and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
