Bedford Hills, NY 10507 What You’ll Do Strategy & Growth Own the global eCommerce P&L and define short- and long-term strategies to scale DTC and marketplace sales. Collaborate with marketing to tightly align SEO, email, paid ads, and influencer/affiliate strategies. Launch and manage seasonal campaigns, new product drops, and promotions to maximize revenue and retention. Drive aggressive growth while improving key metrics: conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CAC. Website & Product Management Lead the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform (Shopify Plus or equivalent). Partner with design/dev to build and maintain a high-performing, conversion-optimized, mobile-first site. Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, SEO-optimized, and up-to-date at all times. Commerce KPIs:

traffic, conversions, bounce rate, cart abandonment, LTV, and more. Use tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and BI dashboards to generate actionable insights. Drive a culture of testing — lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across the funnel. Forecast growth scenarios and present performance insights to executive leadership. Operations, Inventory & Fulfillment Alignment Sync with operations and logistics to ensure stock accuracy, fast fulfillment, and smooth post-purchase experiences. Optimize shipping, returns, and checkout UX in collaboration with ops and CX teams. Leadership & Collaboration Manage and grow a cross-functional eCommerce team (growth marketers, designers, devs, analysts). Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, creative, product, support, and fulfillment. Report directly to the CMO or CEO with full accountability for eCommerce performance. What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in eCommerce, with 3+ years at the Director or Head of eCommerce level. Proven track record of growing online revenue to $50M+ annually, ideally at a recognized brand or top-tier DTC business. Expert-level experience with platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Deep knowledge of eCommerce performance metrics and tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, Hotjar, Excel/Sheets. Demonstrated success in managing large promotional calendars, product drops, and omnichannel launches. Bonus Points Experience working in CPG, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Background in scaling subscription or retention-based eCommerce models. Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience managing dev resources. MBA or advanced business/tech degree is a plus but not required.
