Bedford Hills, NY 10507 We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven eCommerce Manager to lead the growth, performance, and operations of our online store. You’ll own the full customer journey — from traffic acquisition to checkout — and work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and fulfillment teams to scale our brand and boost conversions. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Own and optimize the eCommerce strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue Launch and manage seasonal promotions, product drops, and sales campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO, email, paid ads, and social media Site & Product Management Oversee day-to-day management of our online store (Shopfiy) Ensure all product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and up-to-date Work with design/dev teams to improve user experience, site speed, and mobile UX Data & Optimization Monitor and report on key

KPIs:

conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, cart abandonment, etc. Use GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, or similar to analyze performance and make data-backed decisions Lead A/B tests and CRO initiatives across the customer funnel Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination Sync with operations to ensure stock accuracy, timely fulfillment, and seamless checkout Optimize shipping, returns, and customer post-purchase experience Cross-Team Collaboration Act as a hub between marketing, creative, dev, and support teams Prepare reports and growth projections for leadership Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management or digital retail Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce , or Magento Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio , and Excel/Sheets Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, email marketing, and basic

HTML/CSS

Strong project management skills (Asana, Trello, or Jira experience preferred) Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
