The Wine Cellar Group is hiring a Wine Retail Supervisor to lead our Rye Brook wine store , with additional support duties at our Elmsford eCommerce warehouse . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both retail leadership and hands-on warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

Retail Supervision (Rye Brook Store) Supervise daily operations of the wine retail store Lead customer service, tastings, and in-store events Oversee POS transactions, store merchandising, and inventory Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and fully stocked ECommerce & Warehouse Support (Elmsford Warehouse) Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently Receive returns, inspect inventory, and label/store products appropriately Help organize warehouse stock and maintain clean work areas Restock the Rye Brook store with deliveries from the warehouse Transport wine between the store and warehouse using the company van (Bonus) Operate forklift for warehouse restocking and organization

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of retail experience (1+ year in a supervisory role) Passion for wine and excellent customer service skills Able to lift 35-50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Forklift experience/certification is a plus

What We Offer:

Hourly Pay:

$19.97-$22.48, based on experience

Schedule:

32-38 hours/week, including evenings & weekends
