OVERVIEW
Job Duties and Responsibilities Purchase Order and System Cost Maintenance PDCC style creation, quote entry, and regular product detail maintenance Purchase order and backend system maintenance including costing, ship windows, master pack/inner pack, cancel Product Attribution in MDM Packaging, Ecommerce & Marketing Coordination and System Maintenance Initial data entry inputs into Capture from PDCC and quote sheets Creation of Snapshot requests for ecommerce imagery Coordination with photo studio, marketing, packaging, and ecommerce for samples required for photography video shoots Initiates final packaging review with merchants Maintain reporting & spreadsheets to support the business. Assists in weekly business recap report creation Extract data from system for ad-hoc reporting and manipulate it into a usable format Complete Net Position Reports on monthly basis Additional Responsibilities Creation of non-merchandise POs Coordinates with Sourcing/Development Admin for sample management
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s Degree 1-3 years experience in d ata entry, report generation, working knowledge of merchandising or retail is a plus. Microsoft suite
