As the Director of eCommerce for Cardio Partners, you will playa critical role in driving online revenue and ensuring theeCommerce portfolio is a key contributor to the company’s growth.

Summary:

TheDirector of eCommerce is responsible for overseeing the strategicand operational management of the company’s eCommerce siteportfolio, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, andrevenue growth. This role focuses on site management, conversionrate optimization (CRO), CRM/retention marketing, ESP (emailservice provider) management, and driving technologicaladvancements to enhance the eCommerce platform. Collaborating withcross-functional teams, the Director will execute data-drivenstrategies to optimize conversions, improve user engagement,maximize customer lifetime value, and maintain a best-in-classdigital experience.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and performance of theeCommerce website portfolio, ensuring seamless functionality,uptime, and user experience
  • Lead site testing and conversion rateoptimization (CRO) strategies to maximize engagement and onlinesales
  • Manage and optimize ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot)to ensure effective email marketing campaigns that driveconversions and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams andexternal developers to execute website enhancements, integrations,and new feature rollouts
  • Develop and implement data-drivenstrategies for improving site performance, user journeys, andconversion metrics
  • Conduct regular audits of site content,architecture, and functionality to identify areas for improvementand maintain brand standards
  • Monitor and analyze key eCommerceKPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and refiningstrategies as needed
  • Oversee A/B testing efforts for siteelements, including landing pages, navigation, and calls-to-action,to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on emergingeCommerce technologies and trends to recommend and implementinnovative solutions
  • Work closely with marketing, sales,creative, technology, and product teams to align eCommerceinitiatives with broader business goals
  • Ensure compliance withdata privacy standards and maintain the security of the eCommerceplatform
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads and provide cleardirection to team members
  • Foster a positive work environment andresolve conflicts
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews andprovide constructive feedback
  • Mentor and train employees toenhance their skills and career growth
  • Collaborate with therecruitment team to identify, interview, and select top talent
  • Implement processes to improve productivity and compliance withregulations
  • Manage resources efficiently, ensuring qualitystandards are met
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferablyin the healthcare industry
  • Minimum 3 years of managerialexperience; ability to motivate and manage communicationeffectively within a team
  • Proven track record of driving growththrough innovative e-commerce strategies
  • Strong knowledge ofwebsite management tools, digital analytics, and marketingautomation systems
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms andintegrations, such as CMS and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with webtechnologies, including: HTML, CSS, CDNs, firewalls.
  • Exceptionalanalytical skills to interpret data and translate findings intoactionable strategies
  • Excellent strategic acumen to identifybusiness challenges/opportunities, and define strategies to addressthose business goals
  • Excellent leadership and collaborationskills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strongorganizational and project management abilities, with attention todetail and deadlines
