Cesanek Rd, Northampton, PA 18067 E-Commerce Supervisor Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven, and experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to lead our E-Commerce/Dropship operations and ensure on-time performance. The ideal candidate must have in e-commerce, demonstrating strong analytical, delegation, and operational skills. This role demands exceptional organization, professionalism, and the ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This position requires on-site presence until 100% of shipments are completed daily. Responsibilities Develop and implement efficient e-commerce strategies to drive SLA compliance and enhance the customer experience. Manage and optimize production workflows across multiple platforms, ensuring on-time shipping, product accuracy, and high-quality packaging. Oversee and execute email scheduling to engage employees, enhance productivity, and optimize lean business revenue by lowering costs. Collaborate with inventory management, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless daily operations. Monitor SLAs to achieve 100% fulfillment of all shipping accounts. Maintain accurate records of supplies and ensure timely restocking for uninterrupted operations. Ensure end-of-day routines are completed, delegated, and properly managed. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce management. Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on tasks and commitments. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and drive production goals. Schedule-driven and proactive in meeting business objectives. Excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Professional, respectful, and receptive to constructive feedback. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and lead teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Strong familiarity with SLAs and a commitment to shipping 100% of orders on time.
