Job Description

E-Commerce Shift Leader 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Charleston, SC 29406 Assists the E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Assistant Manager in the operation and management of the E-Commerce operation by performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members.

Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable. Monitors and resolves customer service issues including but not limited to returns and disputes. Reviews sellers’ information on shopgoodwill.com and all other marketplaces to ensure that it is compliant with requirements related to posting of items, description etiquette, and other criteria. Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the E-Commerce Manager and/or E-Commerce Assistant Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below. Ensures compliance with established safety, security, sales, money handling, and record keeping procedures and practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures. Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Manager, Retail Operations, Loss Prevention and the Vice President of Donated Goods. Attends meetings as required. Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards. Occasional travel is required for business-related activities.
