POSITION OVERVIEW
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and motivated individual to join our small team. Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive in. We’re seeking a full-time Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to support our day-to-day digital operations. This role is based in Charleston, SC and will need to be in-person. Our office + warehouse is located in North Charleston, with ample parking and equip with an on-site office. This role with work closely with and report directly to our Founder.
ABOUT FOUND FOUND
is a Charleston-based antiques business specializing in 18th and 19th century English and European furniture and décor. We believe in making antiques accessible and approachable for the lifetime collector, as well as the novice home maker. Creating beautiful, layered homes with pieces that hold history and character takes time. We aim to be a resource for our Clients and Design Partners alike, by selling in-person at our warehouse as well as online and direct through Instagram.
YOUR ROLE E-COMMERCE WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Photograph new inventory and perform basic photo editing for web and social media use Upload and manage new product listings on our website through Shopify interface Write clear, accurate product descriptions with attention to detail and brand tone Provide in-person support during warehouse visits and preview events Assist with retail operations, customer communication, and day-to-day tasks
MARKETING ASSISTANCE
Create and manage bi-weekly digital newsletters to support new arrivals, special events, client sourcing endeavors, designer partnerships, etc. Assist with content planning and execution across digital platforms Partake in brainstorming for potential marking cross-overs from web to social Assist in creation of social media and newsletter launches/collection content
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform Basic photography and photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop or similar) Strong writing and communication skills Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo Retail or customer-facing experience a plus Interest in antiques, design, or interiors is a bonus
SCHEDULE, PERKS + COMPENSATION
Expected hours will be Monday-Friday with occasional weekend hours for special events and in-person shopping. 10+ paid holidays Flexible time off Week off between Christmas and New Years Employee Discount This role will be provided a base salary + quarterly bonuses based on team sales goals
