Able to think on your feet when dealing with callers & customers Pleasant telephone manner Knowledge of computers; Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, POS System Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy Excellent problem solving and people skills Good time management and ability to prioritize Duties include: Working in a fast paced environment Assisting in customer drop off and pick up Answering phones/ being able to take clear informed messages Sourcing parts and giving estimates Assisting owner with every day tasks Ecommerce platforms Maintain knowledge of store inventory, current promotions, and sales trends. Customer Sales Picking up and returning parts as needed Shipping & Receiving Full Time
- 40 Hours a week Monday
- Friday 8:30am
- 5pm Starting pay $16
- $18 depending on experience.
