Crown Laboratories, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Manager, Amazon Consumer Skincare The Sr. Manager/Manager of Amazon, Consumer Skincare will be directly responsible for supporting growth initiatives on the Amazon platform in partnership with the Associate Director, our strategic partner, Global Overview, and the internal brand and media team across all consumer skincare brands. This role will execute the strategies, programs, product launches and digital marketing initiatives on Amazon for all brands. Additionally, the Senior Manager/Manager will manage daily operations, provide support, and troubleshoot issues to ensure that all products are active, and sales targets are achieved
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations including purchase orders, RTVs, EDI monitoring, support tickets (Vendor Central), shortage claims and charge backs. Strategize/execute promotional planning calendars and new initiatives to maximize sales, focused on brand awareness and maximizing sell in and sell through while maintaining brand business goals and objectives. Ensure that new product comps and content, including assets, videos, and product copy, are tracked and provided by the due date. Create a complete plan to launch, display, support and promote new products and hero products. Maintain product launches and promotional calendars minimizing channel conflict in programming. Coordinate Operations to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of product orders, samples and incremental product needs are met. Internal Monthly forecasting process Actively monitor and identify new Amazon program opportunities through competitive and market research and prioritize revenue impacting opportunities. Monitor SKU performance across Crown brands on an ongoing basis to meet financial and strategic goals. Drive online results by managing assortment, merchandising, promotion, and digital shelf. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and react accordingly to increase sales conversion. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports by country/brand and explain key business drivers and identify opportunities to meet plans and maximize market share. Will potentially manage a small team.
