WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our Digital Acquisition Director, you will: Track digital campaign performance (Meta, Google, Programmatic, etc.) and deliver reports that guide sales and marketing efforts. Administer digital RSVP campaign operations—processing data, targeting the right locations, and aligning campaigns with field team needs. Test landing page performance with agency partners through A/B optimization. Build real-time dashboards (using Excel, Looker Studio, or similar) that visualize lead flow, campaign ROI, and performance metrics like CPL, CAC, and ROAS. Work with HubSpot, Zapier, Unbounce, and other Martech tools to automate lead routing and improve sales coordination. Set up and QA digital campaigns, including budget pacing, audience selection, and performance tracking. Coordinate with SalesOps, BI, Call Center, and other teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and end-to-end tracking. Deliver insights to internal stakeholders via presentations that summarize results and recommend optimizations. Support data-driven decisions with ad hoc reporting, targeting, and lead scoring analysis.
WHAT YOU BRING
Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred). 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing analytics or marketing operations. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, charts). Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience with Looker Studio, GA, HubSpot, Unbounce, or similar Martech tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy, storytelling, and collaboration. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
