  • Vaccines will lead digitaltransformation initiatives to enhance market access capabilitiesacross Sanofi’s vaccine portfolio, with a focus on businessintelligence / reporting solutions.

This role serves as a criticalliaison between Market Access business teams and Sanofi Digital,ensuring digital solutions effectively meet market access needs andbusiness objectives. Main Responsibilities

  • Business-Digital Coordination:

    CoordinateMarket Access business activities in collaboration with SanofiDigital teams, acting as the primary business representative fordigital initiatives with a primary focus on business intelligence /reporting solutions

  • Requirements Management:

    Gather, document,and prioritize user requirements from Market Access stakeholders toensure digital solutions address real business needs

  • TestingOversight:

    Lead user acceptance testing processes to validate thatdigital solutions meet business specifications before deployment

  • Leadership Reporting:

    Provide regular status updates to businessleadership on digital initiatives, highlighting progress, risks,and value creation

  • Change Management:

    Develop strategies to driveadoption of new digital tools within Market Access teams

  • ProcessOptimization:

    Identify opportunities to streamline market accessprocesses through digital enablement About You

  • You bring apassion for innovation and a digital automation approach thatenables a thriving play to win “let’s do this” culture
  • You bringvaluable experiences to the team that include:
  • Digital/ITexperience, specifically implementation of new businessintelligence / reporting systems and applications
  • Stronganalytical, process, operational and automation experience, andskills
  • Experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, orvaccines is preferred
  • Business intelligence / reporting toolsexperience required; Microsoft Power BI strongly preferred Youthrive in an environment that includes:
  • High-stakes complicateddecisions with imperfect information in compressed timeframes
  • Ability to represent Market Access and lead digital initiatives
  • Communicating complex topics in understandable terms
  • Able toinfluence and build effective relationships with business partners
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation and stakeholder managementskills, with ability to translate between business and technicallanguage You have proven ability to coordinate cross-functionalinitiatives between business and technical teams
  • You have 5 yearsin market access, pricing, or sales reporting roles withdemonstrated experience in digital transformation projects
  • Youhave a bachelor’s degree
