CRM Specialist – HubSpot Automation & Data Operations Local Investor LLC Great Neck, NY 11021 About Us We’re a real estate investment company that relies on HubSpot as the central nervous system of our business. Our CRM is heavily customized using native workflows, APIs, and automation — all built in-house. Now we’re looking for a HubSpot operator/developer who can own both the technical automation side and the data & pipeline side of the system. What You’ll Do This is a hybrid role that combines automation engineering with day-to-day CRM operations. You’ll work directly with the founder and help scale a high-volume lead pipeline. Automation & HubSpot Engineering Build and manage custom workflows and custom code actions (JavaScript or Python) Use HubSpot APIs and integrations to automate data syncs and processes Configure and maintain custom objects, pipelines, and property structures Improve lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and campaign automation Troubleshoot automation issues and build repeatable solutions Data & Pipeline Management Import, normalize, and maintain large sets of contact and property data Monitor pipeline health and ensure leads are prioritized properly De-duplicate records, maintain associations, and enforce data quality standards Build internal reports to track workflow performance and lead flow Assist in campaign setup and follow-up automation using HubSpot tools Who You Are Experience in a CRM, RevOps, or marketing/automation role Hands-on experience inside HubSpot (workflows, lists, custom objects, pipelines) Proficient in JavaScript or Python for HubSpot custom code actions Comfortable with APIs Strong data hygiene and CRM ops background Organized, resourceful, and able to take initiative
