Secondary Market Analyst 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Uniondale, NY 11553 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Secondary Market team as an Entry-Level Secondary Market Analyst / Secondary Manager Trainee. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in mortgage banking or capital markets. The position will provide hands-on experience supporting key functions including pricing, pipeline management, investor delivery, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily rate sheet updates and pricing analysis Monitor the loan pipeline for lock expiration and hedging strategy Support investor delivery processes and ensure timely documentation Generate internal reports on lock volume, pricing margins, and market trends Work cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure loan salability and maximize execution Assist with exception pricing and loan scenario analysis Learn investor guidelines, product eligibility, and delivery procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling Interest in mortgage markets, trading, or financial operations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
