Job DescriptionSummary GoGo squeeZ is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Planning RGMManager to drive innovation in better-for-you snacking. This rolefocuses on enhancing enterprise sales planning and revenue growthmanagement capabilities while leading a team of two Sales Planningand Trade Execution Managers to refine the trade managementprocess. The position will play a key role in shaping GGS’s growthstrategy through strong cross-functional partnerships, implementingeffective trade evaluation, volume planning, and growthinitiatives. Additionally, the individual will collaborate withBel’s global team to bring best-in-class RGM practices to life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for leading theevolution of the sales planning process in partnership with keycross functional partners within key divisions
  • Owner of trademanagement and target progress that aligns with AOP guidance
  • Support the sales financial management monthly process in alignmentwith demand changes to help institute healthy trade management.
  • Liaison between Global Bel RGM to facilitate best practices withinthe US business
  • Lead the sales planning and RGM strategies withinGGS to help drive profitable volume growth
  • Develop pricing andpromotional strategies to evolve GGS and deliver profitable volumegrowth
  • Evaluate price pack architecture within channels andcommercialize channel pack strategy
  • Implement promotionalanalysis to help maximize trade spending to deliver topline
  • line growth targets.
  • Implement trade evaluation strategiesto help implement best practices
  • Partner with internal crossfunctional partners to define sales financial reporting.
  • Partnerwith S&OP to manage the risk and operations process
  • Managefield sales planning and trade Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred
  • 7 years of Proven experience insales planning, financial management, revenue growth management,and commercial experience: preferably in the food and beverageindustry.
  • Strong leadership, relationship builder, and teammanagement skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and strategic planningabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills across variety ofdifferent levels within the organization from C-suite to analyst.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

Working Conditions Work is performed in a hybridoffice environment and LI-Hybrid. Hours of work will generally beduring regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. Attimes there will be some variation in work hours due to specialprojects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 10% business travelmay be required.   • Base Salary:

    $130,000

  • $185,000
  • Bonus opportunity: 20%
