R2Net Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing customer data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize CRM strategies and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure that our CRM efforts are effective in driving retention, conversions, and long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Analyze CRM data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key CRM metrics such as engagement rates, retention, conversion, and revenue impact. Perform deep dives into customer segmentation to support targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels. Support the development of data-driven insights that inform customer lifecycle marketing strategies and personalization efforts. Work closely with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and make data-backed recommendations for improvement. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns and improve customer engagement. Manage and track customer data to ensure accurate segmentation and efficient campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and design, to align CRM strategies with overall business goals. Provide actionable insights on customer retention strategies, analyzing churn rates, re-engagement opportunities, and lifetime value. Monitor key CRM KPIs and generate regular reports to share with stakeholders, highlighting performance trends and opportunities. Assist with customer database management, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Stay up to date with CRM best practices, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve processes and capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in CRM analysis, marketing analytics, or customer insights, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, SQL). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and translate findings into actionable insights. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. Knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data manipulation and reporting. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
