Job Description
Position Duties:
Provide guidance to our customers and developers on the standard and best practices for compliance of product licenses. Analyze existing client profiles and data workflows, in particular Desktop API usage, to understand and ensure suitable use of our product offerings, as it relates to content licensing that assist in mitigating business risks. Conduct deep-dive reviews to understand the use case for market data consumption from delivery through to final output. Identify and analyze existing client profiles and market conditions to identify possible risks of non-compliant processes. Provide key strategic input, insight, and direction as part of the product development process across the firm and will additionally manage projects to develop tools to enhance visibility of usage and risk analysis across our user base. Partner with divisional management and business unit leadership teams to implement controls for our data. Communicate with internal and external contacts with varied levels of technical expertise in a transparent way.
Job Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as a Sales Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Manager, or related. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills: Compliance review; Risk mitigation; Data flows; Design; Technical analysis of systems and data ingestion; and Risk Solutions.
