A day in the life:
We’re looking for a creativeand energetic full-time Paid Social Strategist to join our teamwith a passion for performance marketing and team management.
Experience in TikTok and Meta Ads platforms is a must! Paid SocialStrategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth andexecution from A-Z of paid social accounts. You will lead andexecute upon a paid social strategy that helps reach a businessoverarching goals and work closely to optimize strategies for ourTikTok clients. You will work closely with the team and our clientsmaking sure we are hitting or surpassing monthly performance goals,as well as collaborating with the creative, organic, andinfluencer/partnerships teams to ensure we are best-in-class acrossthe channel
Responsibilities:
Full ownership and execution ofperformance marketing via paid social platforms Effectivelyexecuting builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channelsChannels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, andLinkedIn where applicable. Heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta Leadexecution of optimizations concerning performance improvementsrelative to goals Effectively own strategic communicationinternally and externally for clients and client teams Proactiveinternal communication with team on performance, strategy,recommendations, deliverables, and action items Autonomous externalcommunication with clients for performance, tactical and strategicitems, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack(as applicable) Excellent marketing and business strategy acumenComplete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to executevia paid social Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basiclead gen strategies Ability to navigate roadblocks and adaptstrategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired resultsOwnership of performance reporting and strategy communicationExecute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentationcreation capabilities Autonomously presents performance reports andrecaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients (verballyand written) Ability to leverage data to tell a story andarticulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear nextsteps Present forward-thinking plans and execute to drive businessresults Operating as an effective member of the team for bothdepartment and account teams Contributing to a constructive andeffective work environment in line with PD core values Activelyparticipate in the growth and development of junior talent whereapplicable Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize businessprocesses Utilize and leverage Power Digitals Nova ecosystem as itrelates to your department Employ AI technologies to enhance andoptimize business processes Utilize and leverage Power DigitalsNova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Requirements:
1-2years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus 1 years ofexperience with Direct Response marketing specifically inE-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus 1 years experience with MetaAds and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additionalplatforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc) 1 yearsexperience leading paid social strategy for direct responsemarketing efforts 1 years experience with Google Analytics,Shopify; other technical platforms a plus 1 year experience clientfacing and handling communications Excellent Excel skills withclear understanding of advanced Excel features Excellent dataanalytics skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Managing a fullworkload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6owned clients. Below 10% client churn rat Most Important Things(MITs): Delivering top-tier product, as well as owning strategicdirection and channel communication for designated accounts,overseeing effective reporting and execution of channel strategyAccount Growth & Retention (Results & Sentiment)
