A day in the life:

At Power Digital, the SeniorStrategist, Conversion Rate Optimization role is responsible forindependently driving new business sales with a personal quota, aswell as owning, developing, testing and iterating the new businessoffering for CRO specifically. You will exhibit strong digitalmarketing analytics expertise, as well as superior sales andbusiness acumen, with proven experience selling services related toconversion rate optimization and growth marketing. You will havethe ability to cultivate strategic brand-level connections, andforge relationships with key decision-makers

  • showing resilienceand determination along the way.

This role requires an individualthat appreciates autonomy, has heightened critical thinkingabilities, and knows the inside workings of the media measurementlandscape. While this individual contributor role is focused onincreasing the volume of revenue and billings for the CRO offering,you must show a deep knowledge of the digital marketing industry,and have the ability to articulate how our broader services canaddress client challenges and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimizebusiness processes Utilize and leverage Power Digitals Novaecosystem as it relates to your department Become an expert in theunique value proposition of Power Digital / CRO offering throughdeep partnerships with CRO, Strategy, and Sales teams Utilize dataand technology tools to identify, pursue, engage, and connect withprospective buyers (advertisers) within our ideal client profilesDrive prospective client meetings with a particular focus onproviding expertise for our CRO offering Focus on increasingrevenue and adoption of our CRO offering while also acting as aconnective tissue between Power teams and our advertisers Reach andstrive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goalsTravel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues, asrequired Drive new revenue opportunities through events,networking, cold-calling, and thought leadership opportunities

RoleRequirements:

Intense focus on analytics and data within themarketing function, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learnand challenge yourself 5 years of experience in CRO / analytics /marketing within a marketing agency or similar environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills Data-drivendecision making A proactive approach toward “building” a businessKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) $15,000 Monthly GP Sales Quota (2deals / mos) Run 10 Discovery Calls/Set 10 Discovery Calls permonth (as needed to maintain sales quota) Run 5 Appraisals/Auditswith internal team per month (as needed to maintain quota) Win 2proposals per month (as needed to maintain sales quota) Maintain anew business / new client AOV of $7k/mo Most Important Things(MITs) An ability and proven track record of
