The role of Senior Analyst – Performance & Analytics involves manydifferent responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able toproactively communicate ideas and opportunities, as well as conductin depth analysis to support recommendations and insights. They arealso responsible for executing data quality assurance based onrigorous protocols and have strong project management skills. Thisrole includes the ability to independently troubleshoot and addressquality control issues, generate reports and analysis from data,and merge and generate data sets for analysis. This role isstrategic with a strong emphasis on optimization. Strongcommunication skills are critical.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an analytics SME, cultivating andmaintaining strategic client relationships to drive data-informeddecision-making
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the client’sindustry landscape, competitive positioning, and key businessdrivers to proactively guide analytical strategy
  • Partnercross-functionally with internal stakeholders to uncoveropportunities for analytics to inform and accelerate businessinitiatives
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsand strategic recommendations, effectively bridging the gap betweenanalytics and business objectives
  • Lead and advocate for processoptimization and quality assurance initiatives to continuouslyelevate the client experience
  • Anticipate and troubleshootanalytical or data integrity issues, providing timely escalationand resolution strategies as needed
  • Drive sophisticated analysesusing Adobe Analytics and other tools, delivering impactfulinsights across multi-channel digital ecosystems
  • Collaborate withthe Optimization Team to identify strategic testing andpersonalization opportunities that enhance customer experience andperformance outcomes
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in advanced web analytics platforms,with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics for end-to-end digitalperformance measurement
  • Experience in CRM Analytics (Email)
  • Comprehensive experience across the digital ecosystem, includingweb analytics, paid media, search, and social performancemeasurement
  • Strong executive communication skills, capable ofpresenting complex data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders,clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Pride in work product withhigh accountability, initiative, and thought leadership
  • Must beable to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, or Marketingpreferred
  • Self-starter with 2-5 years of analytic experience in anAgency or Marketing environment a plus
