Paradigm is seeking a full-time, remote Implant Product Analyst. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational and financial success of our surgical implant division. This individual will oversee critical account review processes, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and business performance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and client-facing engagements.

Job duties include:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Case Management:

Analyze client accounts to confirm the accuracy of amounts due and identify discrepancies.
Partner with account management to prepare and deliver client facing communications that clearly explain discrepancies and undercharged amounts.
Provide detailed supporting documentation and explanations to facilitate prompt resolution of AR discrepancies.
Maintain a detailed log of all AR cases, including resolution timelines and outcomes, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Go To Market Support:

Gather, analyze, and prepare actionable insights to support the GTM team in understanding market trends, client behavior, and sales.
Develop and distribute regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and implant product performance to the GTM team.
Work closely with GTM leadership to create tools and resources that empower the team to meet sales objectives.
Marketing collaboration:
Partner with the marketing department to provide analytical data and insights to support targeted marketing campaigns.
Evaluate the report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization based on data trends.
Act as a bridge between operations, GTM, and marketing to ensure consistency and accuracy and data used across campaigns. Skills and experience we are looking for: Minimum of five years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, or related field. Experience in worker’s compensation, surgical implants and/or medical devices preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. Strong collaboration skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
