VP of Marketing Illuminate Innovation with Insight At QTL , we create premium lighting solutions that transform environments and define aesthetics. We’re looking for a Product Analyst who can turn data into actionable strategy – someone who blends analytical rigor with product intuition to guide innovation, marketing, and decision-making across the company. In this role, you’ll own our product data end-to-end, from gathering and cleansing to analyzing and modeling. You’ll be instrumental in surfacing insights that shape new product features, assess product-market fit, drive marketing effectiveness, and position QTL ahead of competitors. What You’ll Do Own and Optimize Product Data Inventory, source, and maintain structured product data across systems Clean, consolidate, and prepare data for analysis using Excel and BI tools Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that track product performance Drive Product & Market Intelligence Analyze customer behavior, product usage trends, and vertical-specific needs Identify underperforming products and propose end-of-life or repositioning strategies Assess product fit for “Made in USA” and execute sustainability certifications (e.g., EPDs, Declare, etc.) Enhance Go-to-Market Strategy Provide intelligence and feature recommendations based on competitor activity Deliver insights that shape campaign strategy, product launches, and channel targeting Translate product metrics into strategic recommendations for marketing and product teams Champion Research and Cross-Functional Alignment Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather market and customer input Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, Procurement, and Product teams to align on data strategy Contribute to the development of research tools and scalable intelligence processes What We’re Looking For Qualifications BS degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics, ideally in the lighting or manufacturing industry Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI platforms Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Behavioral & Analytical Strengths Clear, concise communicator – written and verbal Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and business acumen Enjoys solving problems through experimentation and data modeling Comfortable presenting insights to diverse stakeholders Curious, proactive, and capable of balancing speed with precision Why Join QTL?
