$77 – 87 per hourWe are seeking a Senior Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Brand Market Research to lead market research and business analysis efforts for assigned brands or therapeutic areas, driving strategic insights and supporting key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Identifying market research (MR) needs for both immediate and long-term brand planning.
Developing MR plans using appropriate methodologies.
Designing, executing, and interpreting primary research studies.
Communicating actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Analyzing secondary/syndicated data for performance tracking and market understanding.
Synthesizing multiple data sources into compelling insights presentations.
Supporting business questions from cross-functional partners.
Managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
Budget oversight and project authorization paperwork.
Collaborating with internal Analytics & Insights teams for unified client support.
Leading without authority in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrating strong product, customer, and performance knowledge.
Influencing brand strategy and marketing direction through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in market research within a large product marketing corporation.10+ years supporting pharmaceutical brand marketing.
Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical requirements in pharma research.Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and present insights.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Cardiology and/or diabetes therapeutic areas.
Primary care or specialist marketing.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be based in the U.S.
