Do you thrive on turning numbers into strategic action, and are you a data-driven thinker? At Orion180, we are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. By transforming complicated data into useful insights that increase ROI and strengthen the Orion180 brand, you will be instrumental in forming our marketing strategy in this position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
An individual must be able to execute each crucial responsibility with effectiveness and exhibit the following fundamental abilities in order to fulfill this role:
Compile and Handle Data:
To create trustworthy marketing datasets, gather and preserve data from HubSpot, internal systems, and external platforms.
Examine Performance and Project Trends:
Determine the main factors influencing performance, evaluate the effects, and produce planning-related predictive insights.
Provide Strategic Insights:
Convert analytical results into concise, well-thought-out suggestions for marketing and leadership groups.
Optimize Procedures:
To increase precision, speed, and scalability, streamline and automate reporting workflows.
Produce Visual Reports:
Using data visualization tools, create and present persuasive marketing performance reports.
Lead Campaign Analysis:
Assess and improve traditional and digital campaign initiatives, such as direct mail, email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
Own Web & Attribution Analytics:
Use GA4, GTM, and associated tools to track website traffic, conversion rates, and attribution models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
To guarantee consistent and coordinated data practices, work closely with our corporate BI team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience :
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, finance, business intelligence, or marketing operations. Proven track record in campaign reporting, marketing performance analysis, and presenting data to stakeholders.
Technical Skills :
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, dashboards, and macros. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Power BI. Proficient with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Bonus:
Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling.
